ULTRASOUND
Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging technique used to examine internal organs and subcutaneous tissues. It can help assess the abdomen, kidneys, pelvic organs, thyroid gland, breast tissue, heart and blood vessels. It is also widely used in obstetric and paediatric care. Ultrasound may also be used to assess urgent conditions that require prompt medical or surgical attention, such as acute cholecystitis, acute pancreatitis and vascular thrombosis. Home ultrasound examinations are also available.

OZONE THERAPY AND INJECTION

Ultrasound guidance allows the doctor to view the needle, the surrounding anatomical structures and the treatment area in real time. This enables the medication to be delivered more accurately to the intended site.
REMS BONE DENSITOMETRY

Bone densitometry measures bone mineral density and helps prevent, diagnose and monitor osteoporosis, supporting the assessment and reduction of fracture risk. It is particularly recommended with advancing age and after menopause, when bone loss may increase without noticeable symptoms. At Libra Medical Clinic, bone mineral density of the femur and lumbar spine can be assessed using REMS bone densitometry.
ACUPUNCTURE
According to traditional Chinese medicine, the health of the body depends on the harmonious interaction between the mind or spirit (Shen) and the body’s vital energy (Qi). Vital energy is believed to flow through a network of pathways known as meridians. From this perspective, illness may arise when the circulation of energy is disrupted by a deficiency or an accumulation of Qi. The stimulation of specific points along the meridians through the insertion of very fine needles into the skin is believed to help restore the flow of energy, promoting health and well-being.
